Access for people with disabilities is guaranteed both to the Piano Nobile via elevator and to the Park via a dedicated ramp.

The visit to the Piano Nobile follows a mandatory route. Backpacks and bulky items must be left in the lockers at the ticket office.

For access with dogs, please follow these rules: small dogs are allowed into the Piano Nobile of the villa, provided they are kept in a suitable carrier. Dogs of any size are also allowed into the Park, provided they are kept on a leash no longer than 1.5 m.
